Hey everyone. Just got our first comment with some info on it. Check out the blog post at http://carmelawillliams.wordpress.com. I have read some great advice on Daylilygrl29′s personal page, but i am encouraging you all to post those items in our blog so that the other ladies to get the info. Daylilygrl29 has lost a lot of weight over the last years and has some great advice to offer the group. I’m sure some of you also have some good ideas. Please check the blog for updates.
MEANWHILE….we had our first official practice as softball coaches. We are coaching a team of 15 girls (10 year olds). I walked that outfield for over an hour giving the girls instructions. it was fun and exciting. I am really excited to see how being mobile will contribute to the overall weigth loss. It was so fun that I didn’t realize that I was on my feet from 7:30-9.
How cool is that. We will have 2 games per week through the first week in May. I just wanted to give you an update.
Oh yeah, I have started back eating lunch. I wasn’t eating much at all. Now I am eating lunch and very light for dinner. I know it’s just a matter of finding what works for me and my schedule. I’m curious to know what you are doing and what is working and what is not working. Be blessed and I look forward to hearing from you.
